When Harry’s owner died the family put old Harry out to fend for himself.  When he was found he was near death, so starved that every bone stuck out through his matted, wet fur.  Our vet didn’t think he would survive, but emergency care pulled him through.  Harry was a real character, talkative, social, and funny, but he ruled the roost at the AAS indoor/outdoor shelter where he stayed until he died peacefully a few years later.
