The compassionate on-site cat rescuer on a Reserve near Chilliwack BC that started her work in 2009 and continues in 2010. The dedicated rescuer has befriended a reserve family who are accepting of her help. At last, progress is being made! Gwen is doing the hard-slogging work, AAS is paying the bills, and the family are going to keep the cats inside so that no more are eaten by coyotes, hit by cars, or die of diseases. Eight cats have been neutered,
vaccinated, and tattooed for a cost of over $1,200.
1. Spayed: Sylvester, a 5 year old mom who was
pregnant.
2. Spayed: Sylvester 'II' is her black and white one year old daughter who was also pregnant. 3. Neutered: Batman: 5 month old kitten. 4. Neutered: Smokey Joe, the grey older tomcat, was neutered and released. 5. Spayed: Tabby, a tabby female who is FIP positive and I currently am taking care of her. 6&7. Spayed and Neutered: Two white and black kittens. One is a female who was pregnant. The other is a male. 8. Neutered: Spike is the wonderful and
friendly fluffy charcoal male.

Crazy Kitten and Fritz were tame enough to rehome but Jetta was truly feral and had to be put back out where the rescuer will make sure she is fed and any health problems taken care of. AAS paid for all the bills for Crazy, Jetta, and Fritz, thanks to our cat-loving donors. |
