What kind of science/medicine is it when you continually torture animals to prove what you already know?

It was also 2005 that the first human face transplant was performed.

"In the controversial operation, tissues, muscles, arteries and veins were taken from a brain-dead donor and attached to the patient's lower face."

"It has been technically possible to carry out such a transplant for some years, with teams in the U.S. the U.K. and France researching the procedure."

"Concerns relating to immunosuppression, psychological impact and the consequence of technical failure have so far prevented ethical approval of the procedure in the U.K., though doctors here are fully able to perform transplants."

The facial transplants on the rabbits would legally qualify as animal abuse if not carried out by doctors and scientists.

What kind of people are vivisectionists?

If there was ever a need for animal testing for human products and procedures, that time has long been over.

Shame on the people who profit from these animal's misery.
