The SPCA, Petcetera, and rabbits

We sent several letters to the BC SPCA detailing our concerns in regards to their ongoing
business relationship with Petcetera and specifically the issue of selling rabbits. A reply from Bob Busch essentially states that their organization does not have the power to set the retail policies of Petcetera. However, he did note that the parallel sales of rabbits by Petcetera and the adoption of SPCA rabbits had been raised with Petcetera.
