"What are the agency animal welfare societies and agencies doing to put themswelves out of business"?

A bylaw officer said to me when I said that I will stop advocating (in this case abused domestic animals that end up in the City pound) when all the cages are empty!! --- Are you ready for this?? He said, "Then I will be out of a job".

I said "sniff", "sniff". The poor soul just does not care, or simply does NOT get it. Get it?
