Some days, I'm with George

George Carlin died this week. Carlin was far more than a comedian. He was a human who saw the perfidy of a large portion of humanity. He made us laugh and, with the laughter, he made evident our stupidity. As he developed, he got deeper into the truth of that stupidity and into the misery it unleashes on an innocent planet.

I have just read today's posts on The Watchdog: the ones about the B.C. Government and its hypocritical green meetings and ramblings, about how it sanctions the destruction of the Marmot's habitat, the legal murder of Grizzlies; the ones about the virtual destruction of The SF SPCA; the ones about the poisoning of innocent rabbits.

George Carlin had a low opinion of humanity; Some days, I'm with George.
