This is an urgent message from TRACS.

I have just received word from a credible, anonymous source that a hired killer is now out shooting rabbits in the middle of the night, between 11 p.m. and 3:00 a.m. Evidently he is an ex-RCMP officer, may have been killing for up to two weeks, and allegedly shot 46 the first night.

If anyone should happen to obtain video footage of the shootings (or still photographs), please submit to TRACS. Even so-called sharpshooters are not exempt from causing suffering to animals, and shots can go astray.

TRACS has not heard a word from EBB Environmental Consulting regarding "working together with rescue organizations" as Ian Wilson of City Parks had repeatedly claimed. Wilson's phone number at Parks is: 250-717-2757.
