If the SPCA is so concerned about the welfare of these cats - then WHY would they LEAVE a significant number behind to allow this alleged neglect to continue?
The fact that the SPCA's credibility has been severely damaged over the years by a variety of its actions - including taking legal action against a small grass-roots animal welfare organization who spoke out against some SPCA practices - concerns me greatly.
Is this simply another attempt to 'bully' another grass-roots animal welfare group?
