Euthanizing 34 dogs even though they were not starving to death, but were thin and malnourished it a viable option? The N.W.T. SPCA says this is OK? Give your head a shake! These dogs were killed because this was the easiest option, quite clearly. What kind of a vet could do this? He even euthanized puppies!!

Mr. Beaulieu should face animal cruelty charges and should be banned from owning dogs in the future. Why did the N.W.T. SPCA not intervene before the situation escalated to this level? I find this whole situation so disgusting! The snow will fly in HELL before I, or any of my family members, set foot in the N.W.T.!
