An animal cannot survive that has constant runny bowel movements. I live in the United States and the laws desperately need to be changed everywhere. I do not know how the owners can sleep at night. My heart bleeds for this little dog. I am so glad to read that the City of Coquitlam, at the urging of Councillor Mae Reid, has taken the right action.
