I have recently visited a man in Mission who is breading Presa Canario/Pitbul Mixes. He is asking for $1500 to $2500 for the puppies, but will take trades (just about any item) if you don't have the cash. He advertise in the Peace Arch News quite frequently so I am sure the AAS byob team has seen his ads. I could go on about him forever, but I know you are all aware of how terrible this is.

It is difficult to stop individuals like this with the LACK of laws that we have. Judy I know you are active in lobbying and trying to get cities to enact bylaws that will prevent people like this from breeding dogs. What can you suggest that people like myself do in local communities to try to get laws changed with respect to breeding?

I should add that I have called the SPCA and they are sending a Const. out to his house today, however, the pupies are healthy and there is not going to be a heck of a lot that they can do. They are going to report it to the City so that they can check for business licencing, zoning, and dog licencing, but we all know this won't be enough to stop people like this.
