LIttle Charlotte the Shar-pei mix, slipped her collar and is running around the Lynn Valley area. She's been spotted but not caught around Mountain Highway and Wellington area, and also around the Lynn Canyon mall.
Charlotte is afraid of MEN, and won't come for animal control officers.
She's a black shar pei chow cross, about 35/40 pounds, short and stocky.
