Everyone is spending all this time worrying if the horses are wild or who owns what!!!! Why isn't someone trying to engage a person with a helicopter to fly out some round bales in to where these horses are snowed in, the SPCA has no other resorses but to care for them where they stand. Come on you guys, the animals are your number one thing here right??????
