Mika - I do not have much time left *PIC*

I am Mika - about 6 years old. The foster home I have been in since last May cannot keep me anymore. I have been living there since someone rescued me from my "life" on the chain.
My situation is now very critical. I am told I need to go to large acreage in the country. I would not do well in an urban environment and I would jump a fence if I get bored.

I am no spring chicken, granted, but I can still look after the sheep. I guess I am looking for a "guardian dog Senior's position". I love to be outdoors and I could live with another dog,as long as he is my size - not great with most other female dogs. I have now waited for nearly one year to find a home.

I know my aunties at FOTA rescue have tried -
and some people came to look at me - but it was never the right match. I'd love to be living with my two legged people in the middle of nowhere. I would guard you and your property
and all I would ask for in return is some TLC, a comfy, warm and safe place to sleep - it could be the barn - and plenty of food and clean water.
FOTA rescue would even send me off with a good supply of food so you would not have to worry about feeding yet another mouth in these trying economic times.

If you would like to speak to someone about me - call my Auntie Eva 604-328-1260 or email eva@fota.ca and if you'd like to see all of me and my whole story - please go to http://www.fota.ca/home.htm#mika

Thank you for reading this and please pass it on - I do not have much time left.
