The Beefs and Bouquets are unsigned. I was shocked to read this but had to ask myself "why"? In Cumberland..if you blinked you would pass the place. Why was this allowed to happen? Everyone knows everyone.

A VERY DISTURBING INCIDENT happened this Easter in Cumberland near The Abbey. A young man repeatedly smashed a little kitten to death in front of a number of young people. The people recognized the person and reported his name. I am not sure why they didn't try to stop this individual. This young many may become a killer of people if Social Services doesn't take an active role in this case. The incident has been reported to the RCMP. His name cannot be released because he is below 18 years of age.
