Head of Cruelty Investigations says SPCA would have killed dogs if they got them: this is why so many people won't report a chained dog to the SPCA and turn to real animal rescuers.
AAS and all the many dog rescue groups in BC still get pleas to help dogs when all appeals and begging the SPCA to help it have utterly failed or have only resulted in the SPCA telling the owner to get a longer tether. What is needed is a document that reveals every last SPCA contradiction of the truth and of its own statements. In the words of CKNW's Bruce Allen, "What kind of a lame organizaion is this?"
It's a lot worse than "lame".
