Yet another betrayal by the BCSPCA. Why did the BCSPCA kill Titan? I think I know why. Because his life was deemed unimportant. He was an inconvenince, he was worthless to them. And they can kill any animal they want. Who is going to ask them why? Do they have to answer to anyone ? I don't think so.

The saddest thing is that the BCSPCA is the end of the line for poor dogs like Titan. What exactly did they do for him? Does anyone know? They killed him.....and for this they should be deeply ashamed.

The BCSPCA is supposed to be speaking for those who cannot speak for themselves. All I hear is a deafening silence.
