SPCA gives Walter the Cocker left in an apartment, back to his owner
In Response To: Place the blame where it belongs...and this time it is not on the BC SPCA. Vancouver City Pound needs to be questioned. ()

Walter was in the VAnc pound and we couldn't take him in rescue so I posted his pic on my Petfinder page. Thei helped them get a home for him (some home...I feel guilty YES)
Anyways..he is now in the Burnaby SPCA.
I will be speaking with the constable tonight...I hope.

I believe Walter is back home

I spoke to Burnaby SPCA last night who told me Walter had been returned to his owner.
