Well said!! The laws must change, people must change, funding has to be in place and all of us have to work TOGETHER for a change to happen. I firmly believe it could happen if an organized and well thought out & publicized approach was put in place. These poor animals don't deserve to be hauled in and put in a cage...or to live out their lives in fear and suffering on the streets. They thrive with time and patience. They learn to trust when they aren't jammed in a cage , but are allowed to live communally and progress at their own speed.
