THANK-YOU...EVERYONE WHO HELPED US IN 2003

...Thank-you for telling us about a lonely, isolated, chained or penned dog in you neighbourhood...

...Thank-you everyone who could not bear to witness a chained dog's suffering, who gave up expecting the SPCA to care, and went in the middle of the night and took the dog off its chain and made sure it got the loving home it deserved...

...Thank-you for submitting posts to our messageboard. We are now averaging 12000 hits a day...

...Thank-you for fostering, helping in the office, researching information on the web, and fundraising...

...Thank-you for sending the AAS WebMag www.animaladvocates.com and the AnimalsNewsRoom http://www.animaladvocates.com/cgi-bin/newsroom.pl to other animal-lovers. This is the single greatest thing that everyone can do to make the BC SPCA actually prevent cruelty and actually promote animal welfare; and to help us get laws like anti-chaining, pet store regulations, and control of breeding laws adopted.

You have the power of the internet...use it to speak LOUDLY for those who cannot speak for themselves...

...Thank-you everyone who adopted one of our rescued dogs and gave them the life they always deserved...

...Thank-you everyone who helped us to rehabilitate these poor innocent victims...

...Thank-you everyone who worked on our ongoing campaigns to unchain dogs; to expose CAMP, the SPCA's program to "scientifically" designate which dogs will die; to expose how the SPCA sells sick animals; how the SPCA kills dogs that it has "seized" from abusers instead of rehabilitating them; how the SPCA sold puppymill dogs back to a puppymiller; how the SPCA pays itself handsomely while animals suffer and die in its Alcatrazes for animals; who helped in our many other campaigns to force the BC SPCA to do what it has collected multi-millions of dollars for decades to do...

...Thank-you everyone who contributed to the AAS database of backyard breeders and puppymills...

...Thank-you for your donations. People who worry that they "only" donate money, cannot realize how much we depend on them to make our work possible by paying our rehabilitation and advocacy bills for us. We thank everyone who sent a cheque or a credit card donation, or sent monthly cheques (such a comfort to know that we won't be completely broke!). We thank everyone who donated through work place programs or United Way.

Your kind donation has helped us to pay the vet and rehabilitation bills for unchained dogs, and to help us reach the goal of real prevention of cruelty to animals in BC.

We cannot be stopped if we all pull together, Every lonely, silently suffering animal will have a voice...we will make sure of that.

We have made donating quick and easy at http://www.animaladvocates.com/aas-donations.htm ...
