Even after Shenica White was severely mauled by two loose mastiff cross yard dogs, there are still loose mastiff crosses in Vancouver, these ones only a block from an elementary school.

AAS has documented the many dangerous dogs at this location and these dogs have been reported to both the City (its pound) and the Vancouver SPCA for years.

The SPCA says it is handling this problem with "education", but where is the education?

It is a statistical inevitability that there will be another victim, probably a child, and maybe a death. Who cares? It appears that only AAS cares enough to do something.
