It is totally INSANE to think that people in their right minds should approach some people who leave their dogs outside

Absolutely agree!! I 'saved' a chained dog in New West. The house was a total scary, scary place to even look at. One evening I drove by and to my horror saw a dog walking around on a chain in the dark, and cold rain. When I contacted Royal City Humane Society, they had already approached these people and were told to F(*& off.

I was totally scared. But I did ask the New Westminster pound to keep my number and if ever that dog ended up at the pound, I would take the dog. Well, months later the pound was kind enough to phone me and let me know the dog was at their pound. They had found the dog running around she told me, and the minute the dog was up for adoption, I went and got her. She is now living with my friend in Kits living the 'high life.'

All I can say, is that in all my dealings with the SPCA (I have complained many times to them about various yard dogs), they were never as kind as the New Westminster pound, AND it is totally INSANE to think that people in their right minds should approach some people who leave their dogs outside. People who don't properly take care of their pets are often totally irresponsible, and some are outright dangerous...

As seen, LOKI was an outside dog...from a grow-op..what the devil is the SPCA doing suggesting that people risk themselves to talk to these kinds of people?

The SPCA is more outrageous every time they 'open their mouth'!!
