His wife, Christa Chadwick, infamous as a CAMP Commandant (CAMP is the SPCA's useful "scientific" tool to keep the numbers of dogs-in/dogs-out in balance, by putting them through a series of sure-to-fail tests, and then using the results to kill some), has been promoted to the position of manager of the Parksville SPCA.
