Here it is again, the SPCA's weaselling and misleading about financial statements...

The issue is the audited statements that the law requires and which the SPCA has never provided.

Mr Daniell knows this, and everyone at the SPCA who has disingenuously told the media that the SPCA provides financial statements, in response to criticism that the statements are not audited, is deceitful.
