Dear Board Members,

I am forwarding a section of a letter I came across, concerning the actual methods the RSPCA use for assessing dogs. I found it very interesting, as the method used here is supposed to be modeled on the British version. To me, it sounds as if a very different approach is taken
in B.C. I would ask that you all read and look into this.

If any of my own dogs were tested here, they too would fail the current assessment tools.

Please do not let the situation with Cheech end badly.
