I have discovered a dog locked in one of those cargo containers that are made for trains. There is a lot where these containers are pile 3 high and the dog is in one of them, guarding something.
The address of the lot is (I think) 4945 Byrne Road, you actually cannot see the containers from the road but you can walk on the path along Byrne Creek (the other side is the dog path) and the containers are right there, next door is some type of satelite tower.
I would be willing to visit the site and talk to who's in charge but I would not do this alone. I also have to go to city hall and get some details on what type of permit they have and who owns the operation. Any Volunteers to come with me to approach? Thanks, Sylvia
