CHEECH'S GREAT ESCAPE from the SPCA
Cheech at the Delta SPCA before Head Office demanded his  death, saying
"He has shown a dangerous level of aggression towards people at the shelter"  
He was stolen by staff and volunteers - right from under their noses.
