Bill -- The Most Happy Fella!

We call him Bill.  Bought him Tuesday, March 25th from a Fraser Valley pound for $130, no questions asked, except they couldn't understand why we wanted him and tried to talk us into other dogs. Unclaimed stray, was there for several weeks, full of tape worms, emaciated, untreated leg sore. But he is one happy fella now!
Sits, stays, lies down, rolls over, and grins from ear to ear non-stop. To our vet tomorrow for an exam
and to start treating that nasty sore.  Will be neutered when he has put on some weight. About 5-7 yrs old. Calm in the car, fine with my dogs, probably good with cats because he is so calm and friendly. More photos and video on the AAS site soon. Will be up for adoption when he is on our site. www.animaladvocates.com.

He has great bathroom control, no accidents and very little leg-cocking. Julie Davidson, our dog-walker, saw in 10 seconds that he is a very special boy, just a doll! Vet today said to keep an eye on the lick-sore on his leg, it may clear up if he is kept busy and doesn't lick it. May have licked out of boredom; that  may be why his teeth are worn to nubs and his canine teeth are broken and rotten -- chewing on a pen if he was kept in one, which seems likely.
