Bunny was thrown out of a car in the middle of the night, at the train tracks called 17 Tracks, in North Vancouver, where if she hadn't been run over by a train, she would have been eaten by a coyote. She was very pregnant and gave birth the next day...in the warmth and safety of the Animal Advocates shelter. If AAS had obeyed recent North Vancouver "round-up-and-kill" cat legislation, Bunny may have had to go to the local SPCA/Pound. The SPCA admits to having a poor record of adoptions, and a high record of euthanasia. This cat-killing legislation was urged by the SPCA.
