Old Dog Frozen to Ground Rescued

SPCA ignored years of complaints from neighbours. Finally a rescuer went at night and scraped him off the ice. Animal Advocates BC was not involved in this rescue. The woman who rescued Finnegan has now been charged with theft.

This British Columbia woman is willing to spend her own money and risk going to jail to rescue dogs she believes are being neglected to the point of abuse and cruelty. See her interview on CBC.
