Someone throws a puppy in the dumpster, and a different person beats a kitten in Surrey and leaves it for dead. I only hope that what goes around comes around.

I have five rescued animals, and I would be a mean mother bear if someone tried to hurt them.

There are not enough good souls left to clean up all the animal cruelty that is so prevalent in our society.

Nothing has changed in the 30 years I have been doing animal rescue and charity work. People keep being extremely cruel. And if they are caught, nothing really happens to them.

I see these headlines and I am angry for hours.

I go home and bless the animals I have, as they are the joy that balances out the cruelty and ignorance I see around me every day.
