Rosie (7 year old lab/rottie sf) had lived 6 years of her life chained. Finally released to Second Chances Rescue; she was to join Diane Esther's wonderful pack but it proved overwhelming for Rosie. It was obvious Rosie needed a quieter home.

She has been adopted to a great lady in North Qualicum. The lady has one dog (Lady) and four cats (Rosie never bothers the cats).

Rosie did have one growly reaction when Lady tried to sleep in Rosie's bed. Excuse me! That is the first thing I have ever owned and it is MY bed. Lady respects the situation.

Rosie has little muscle tone from years of no exercise and her back end is a little sore but I'm sure it won't be long until she is pain free.
Rosie is learning to play!
