This is disgusting. "ART"? Give me a shovel-full of BS. People are walking by in these pictures, don't they see anything wrong?

Having been in Mexico/South America many, many times, there it's not indifference to their animals, it's mostly ignorance, also no money, but to me no obviously cruelty.

This guy needs a few days of no food, or forever no food. Anyone who would consider this as "ART" is sick and should suffer the same fate as this project, all in the interests of "ART" of course.
