Wow - no animal euphemisms here! This lady calls a spade a f&*^%n shovel - and more power to her.
Why don't some of the people from this board start up something like that? Obviously, we need to spread the word a little more bluntly in order to be heard by some of the 'yummie mummies' here in Canada, too.
We could then post the articles on all the various rescue boards who still support eating, wearing, working and being entertained by animals. It sure would create some flack and controversy, which is what we need to fling right in the faces of the greedy public.
Perhaps I'm feeling a little more radical than ususual today, as I have just heard of a sweet kittie who was murdered less than a week after having been denied a fantastic home. The steam is still rising from my head and my heart, so maybe I'd better not start a blog after all - I doubt that I could be polite enough to get into print.
