Valentines Day is approaching and v4a is once again joining with anti-fur groups across Canada to spread the message "Have a Heart - Don't wear Fur". The number of fur retailers continues to decline across Canada but the disturbing new trend of cat and dog fur from Asia (mostly China) has made great inroads in North America as trinkets and trim on fashion items. We must stop this trend, as well as the traditional fur industry in its tracks. Speaking out about the horrific and unnecessary cruelty of the fur industry does make a difference. Take a look at the figures:

This year we will be targeting Designen Furs one of the two last fur stores left in Edmonton. Please plan to be there, your voice and presence will make a statement against this cruelty.
