We have soldiers that fight and can still show compassion to those who are not the “enemy” and we have soldiers like this who are nothing but fighting machines with no soul or heart left. Animal cruelty should not be condoned in war or in peace. This soldier chose to go to Iraq - the puppy did not choose to be homeless. This soldier chose to commit animal cruelty. Prosecute him.
