Milk Consumption Negatively Affects Semen Quality

"Tell me what you eat, I'll tell you who you are."
--Brillat-Savarin

Vegans and organizations such as PETA continously
assert that those who eat a plant-based diet make
better lovers. Now there is scientific proof to
back up that claim.

Fertility and Sterility is the official publication
of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine.
This peer-reviewed scientific journal has been
publishing research for over fifty years and is
highly regarded for its landmark articles in
reproductive endocrinology, physiology, immunology,
menopause, fertility, and reproductive physiology.

The March 1, 2008 issue of Fertility and Sterility
(Mendiola J, et. al.) includes a study which assessed
dietary habits of various sperm donors and determined
that when it comes to healthy sperm counts, diet plays
a critical role. The scientists concluded:

"Frequent intake of lipophilic foods like meat products
or milk may negatively affect semen quality in humans,
whereas some fruits or vegetables may maintain or improve
semen quality."

Like a secret handshake, one vegan can smell another.
Vegans can detect the offensive odor of a chicken or
egg eater or meat and dairy lover. The rancid breath
and decaying flesh reek of death.

"Sex is good, but not as good as fresh, sweet corn."
