To Judy Stone and all supporters of BC Animal Advocates:

Your efforts in support of 'sled dogs' and other animals has been a godsend in helping to get the word out to the world about animal welfare/animal cruelty issues in the Yukon.

The letter to the editors of our local newspapers last December from Judy about our territory's shameful record of protecting animals definitely rattled some cages here and showed that the Yukon does not escape the watchful eye of brave and ever-vigilant advocates like Judy.

I am very proud to support AAS and believe that this society is one of the very best of its kind in the world. I do not need to stray far from the AAS website or Daily WatchDog News board to be overwhelmed about all that is going on in the animal kingdom.

It is disgusting to me that AAS has been sued by the 'comfortable bureaucrats' at the BC SPCA, and has had a cloud hanging over its head for so long. In a perfect world, AAS would be the BC organization entrusted with protecting animals, and would receive the necessary financial support in order to do so.
