Stop Puppy Mills In Quebec
Nicole Joncas, founder of Teja's Animal Refuge has set a precedent by asking
and receiving permission in Quebec Superior Court to sue the
attorney-general of Quebec and the Ministry of Agriculture Fisheries and
Food for failure to apply the province's strong bill P-42 to close down the
operations of a puppy mill where over 400 breeding dogs were kept in
deplorable conditions.
The cost of litigation is expected to be $50,000. Please support this
precedent setting lawsuit, by making a donation to Teja's Animal Refuge
