I have never heard of an otter attack before. I think there is always the feeling that any wildlife that looks "cute" is harmless. Thanks for reminding everyone that wildlife is wild no matter what species. We need to give them respect and distance .

I just wanted to add that in BC we are very fortunate that the only animal testing positive for Rabies is the bat.
