This week, we learned that Iceland has announced it is resuming its commercial whaling operation with a quota of 40 Piked whales (Minke), much to our dismay. Operation Ragnarok, which was put on hold last year when Iceland canceled its whaling program, may be resurrected in opposition to this decision.
