The potential anti - SLAPP legislation in Quebec looks very promising. It will be a wonderful progress in democracy for all and not just the powerful and wealthy, if it passes.
I hope it spreads and becomes Canada wide, very soon.
And like the proposed legislation, it should apply to cases that are already before the courts.
