I have been trying to care for an abondoned non-feral severely injured cat for 2 months. He may have been living on my property for 2+ years. I thought he was just "the neighbours" cat. I was wrong. I believe the neigbours abandonded him. He may have been recently hit by a car, judging by his injuries. He has severe skull damage and possibly a dislocated hip. I have been feeding him & caring for him the best I can.I contacted my Vet and was advised to feed him the best food possible. I have been doing this with good success and have gained his trust. I don't think I can get him to a Vet. He is simply too afraid. This little fighter deserves help. He has survived all on his own, even eating fiddleheads to survive. I ask that someone please come to my home to help this little guy. He needs antibiotics and a blood panel. If there is no chance for him, so be it, but at least we tried and Tuffy deserves that chance.
