Simple: just be honest and soon there will be nothing to criticize and no more critics to threaten to sue
In Response To: Is any SPCA no-kill? ()

What has changed at the BC SPCA since it first threatened to sue AAS in 2001? At that time, we responded to its lawyer's letter threatening our ruin by posting more SPCA atrocities on our website, and saying that we would keep exposing the SPCA's wrongdoings until it became honest and trustworthy. We made it clear that we did not ask for perfection, just honesty, because if the SPCA were honest, real animal welfare would have to result or it would self-destruct.

It was simple: just be honest and soon there will be nothing to criticize and no more critics to threaten to sue.

What did the SPCA choose?

Continued dishonesty with statements like the 'moratorium on killing for space', and 'When the SPCA must euthanize an animal, it is for the same reason so-called "no-kill" facilities euthanize animals — to end the suffering of an animal that is beyond medical help,' and 'We don't "euthanize" any adoptable animals'.
