One more thing. I adopted a kitten from the Abbotsford SPCA in about 2002 that turned out to be extremely sick. I went down to the Abbotsford SPCA in person to tell them and I can still picture three people that worked there with their feet up in the office, while sick cats sat in their cages. My experience with most of the staff all those years is that they were uncaring and even rude and arrogant as if they didn't care that anyone was disgusted with them. What is the point of reporting the SPCA to the SPCA? I never saw anything improve as a result of my complaints to them.
