Another lie?

Another lie?

I was just reading the statement from owners of company:

Outdoor Adventures Whistler says the cull was conducted by the manager of its subsidiary company Howling Dog Tours.

"It was our expectation that it was done in a proper, legal and humane manner. We only learned otherwise on Friday, January 28 when we read the WCB ruling for the first time," Outdoor Adventures Whistler said in a release.

I personally have extensive experience dealing with Worksafe (WCB) due to having two claims with them over the past 15 yrs. As soon as an employee files a claim, Worksafe automatically alerts the Employer by letter, so the Employer can respond to any allegations. So I don’t believe for a minute that Outdoor Adventures didn’t know til this week, when the incident happened so long ago. Furthermore, since the file has already reached the Review Board level, that process takes many months to achieve, which means the original file was started back last summer, and I think that is when the Employer would have known about it.
