This makes my blood BOIL!! This little dog was given some sort of a rigged test that no dog could pass. To keep him in isolation in such a stressful environment as the BCSPCA provides and expect him to be normal with no support or help is morally corrupt. Yes, indeed they did murder him, but in a most dispicable way.

It always amazes me that any dogs emerge psychologically intact from their time at the BCSPCA. Anytime I have been at my local BCSPCA looking at the dogs for adoption, I find it so stressful I have to leave. The smells, the sound of barking dogs...some when you look in their eyes they have gone half crazy with stress. This seems the perfect environment to create a dangerous dog. For sure this would not do anything for dogs that have been abused, as this is just more of the same.
