Watson has been rescued from the Kamloops SPCA by a person who understands dogs better than the SPCA does and who will ignore the SPCA's advice to completely destroy him by isolating him a yard, thereby making his separation anxiety even worse.
The SPCA slightly changed its web site page for Watson on being taken to task for this blatant abuse of a dog to read that Watson will like being outside from the blunt advice to deal with his separation anxiety by keeping him outside.
The irony is that the adoptor was told that she did not need to be home for the SPCA's home check as the SPCA only wanted to look at her yard to make sure it was fenced.
So the SPCA may have changed its cruel recommendation that a dog almost ruined by being separated, be further ruined and punished by being separated again, but it did not change its stripes, it still thinks that Watson's home is not as important as his yard.
