Once again, I'm not talking about removing a sheltering system. I'm talking about no longer being an enabler. A shelter that cares for stray animals is a completely different concept from kindly rescue people who enable the cycle of breed, purchase, and dump by taking in owner surrendered pets. You seem to think I'm talking about mowing down all animal shelters tomorrow or something. Well I'm not.
