It seems I am on the side that has picked the lesser of two evils. I am stuck with that until some one gets an idea that: A) will work and B) is feasible.
I’m sorry but your plan has far too high a price. Do you think what you describe would be happening if there was an SPCA shelter in the community? Is the dogs being constantly hungry acceptable to you? Is the whole situation acceptable? The entire situation sounds horrific to me and possibly unlawful. Why is it not covered on the AAS website? So many questions so little time.
