I’m sorry but your plan has far too high a price. Do you think what you describe would be happening if there was an SPCA shelter in the community? Is the dogs being constantly hungry acceptable to you? Is the whole situation acceptable? The entire situation sounds horrific to me and possibly unlawful. Why is it not covered on the AAS website?
